The Shelor Automotive Group began over 30 years ago, in 1974, as a single-line Chevrolet store in Christiansburg, VA. Dodge 2500 Was in the market for a used pickup and ran across a truck at shelors. 2010 Ford F-150 FX4 with a Rick Lewis Excellent experience. This is my 2nd time with shelor motor mile. The first time I bought a new 2014 Ford Focus Se. I was happy with that purchase at Excellent experience. This is my 2nd time with shelor motor mile. The first time I bought a new 2014 Ford Focus Se. I was happy with that purchase at first but I quickly out grew the small car. I wanted to get a full size truck, but due to the negative equity I owed on the car, other dealerships and salesmen would turn a shoulder to helping me out. I was approached by salesmen Rick Lewis and I explained the situation I was in. He put me in a newer model ram 1500, but no bank would finance it for me at the price I needed. This is where the other salesmen have failed over and over, but not Rick. He put the sales team to hard work along with the finance team to find me a truck. Within a hour, Rick finds a beautiful F150 in immaculate condition, under the price I needed. After a long day of searching and driving and finally signing, my family finally got what was needed due to the perfect customer service Salesmen Rick Lewis did for us. Thank you again and I WILL return for any future purchases. More
