It was blistering cold when I went to pick my vehicle and Charles waited while I test drove 2 and was about to get the paperwork ready for me to test drive a third before I chose my Caliber. He is truly a great sales rep for the company. The fact that I'm so young, I barely have any credit. Shelor put me in a 2011 Dodge with LESS than 47,000 miles on it and an affordable payment. We walked the yellow brick road of 81S in hopes to buy a 2015 Tahoe and were so pleased with our visit, that we decided to buy a 2013 Ram as well. We're done with the wicked witch of the west (Berglund) who was always too hasty to charge too much and help too little.
