Always kept in contact with updates about what was coming in, never showed an ounce of annoyance. Once we found it Mitch took over and I'd swear I was talking with family. Mitch made sure that the vehicle was what I wanted, not just trying to make a sale, but trying to get me in my perfect vehicle. Even helped clean out my trade in which was an adventure in it self. to good to be true!!! qnd it was This Dealership was great to deal with until the final purchase when i was not allowed to use any of the rebates, this resulted in making the vehicle This Dealership was great to deal with until the final purchase when i was not allowed to use any of the rebates, this resulted in making the vehicle that was listed as clearance to allow for the 2016 vehicles to arrive ended up being over priced by about 6 to 7 thousand dollars, The vehicle now at just a few months into the loan with 6000 miles on it is worth half of what i paid for it, the big issue is if there is rebates why cant they be used and then you are told its because we gave you a good interest rate at the price i paid i could have bought 2 Jeep Patriots had i paid cash, I was originally told i could get the rebates... my guess this will not post or be taken down at some point... I wish now i would have just walked away... Thanks for giving me a place to voice my issues.... More

Quick, Kind, Simple Title says it all. I handled most of the financing via email before going into the store; once there, the process took less than 2 hours. It would hav Title says it all. It would have been shorter, but I went on a Saturday (presumably their busiest day). There wasn't a single hiccup. I went in, test drove the car I had already picked out, signed some papers, went to the finance room to finish it up, and drove away. They could not have been more courteous or efficient. The car is in great shape, and I will (and have already) recommend Shelor to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience, and a reliable car. More
