Kevin sold me a Jeep I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Shelor with the help of Kevin "Frosty" Frost. My inpatient boyfriend and I showed up around 2:30 on a Saturday and I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Shelor with the help of Kevin "Frosty" Frost. My inpatient boyfriend and I showed up around 2:30 on a Saturday and Kevin was unfortunate enough to meet us at the door, not knowing how we were going to rush him. The encounter started off politely and slowly, as most car buying experiences do. Within 10 minutes of meeting each other I told Kevin that my boyfriend and I were both hungry and despised sitting around waiting. I asked Kevin if he could quickly jot down my information and toss some keys at me so we could test drive it on our way to get some lunch. From that point on Kevin literally jogged everywhere he went. He was seemingly happy to honor our request and about 10 minutes later, we drove off in what became my Jeep only hours later. Kevin and I exchanged a few texts, per my request, and when we got back to Shelor an hour later he had all the details lined up. We were able to sign on the dotted line to seal the deal. Kevin treated me just how I wanted to be treated...like my time and opinion was of his upmost importance. The process was quick and effective from start to finish. He not only sold me a car that I love, but he made me feel like he appreciated and respected me despite the fact that I was a bit demanding and it was too hot outside to be jogging around to pacify my impatience. All of the Shelor employees I delt with were warm and professional, including "old man Wirt". My experience truly was flawless and I will likely never go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
