I decided that I wanted to look at another car at another dealership that had great miles and was newer then the Chevy Malibu. Jaime asked what he could do to get my business and I told him that I actually wanted an Impala. He found an 09' Impala LT that was not only a great car and a great price, but in red! I had went to Shelor Chevrolet to purchase a used vehicle. I was looking for something in the 6000-9000 dollar range. I was disappointed to learn that I could not get financed for this amount. After learning this I was informed that I was qualified for a 15,000 dollar vehicle. In dire need of safe, reliable transportation, I agreed to purchase a 2010 Cobalt LS for appx. 12000 dollars. While I think I got a good overall price for the Cobalt, it was not what I was wanting to purchase, and more than advertised monthly payment. Other than the inability to get what I was looking for, Kati and Chris was helpful in purchasing my vehicle. I would return to Shelor for another vehicle purchase in the future, if I am able to obtain a vehicle closer to what I was originally looking for. More

I was in need of a newer vehicle. I started looking on line for a great used SUV AWD or 4WD at Shelors. When I came to Shelors to look at vehicles I was helped by Brandon Mitchell. I came on a Thursday and drove a Nissian with higher miles and he was very helpful. I went home that night and thought about the vehicle and decided that I would like to have something with lower miles and a warranty. I called Brandon on Friday and told him what I needed. I meet with Brandon on Saturday and drove more vehicles and found a 2008 Chevorlet Equinox. I drove home with it. I really like my Chevy it is real nice. I know it took a few days for me to make my mind up but Brandon was very helpful and patient with me. I would say that my whole experience was great and I would recommend Brandon to my friends and family. I will call Brandon the next time I will be looking for a vehicle. More

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Shelor. As I started this process this time, an internet sale rep contacted me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and did everything possible for us I started this process this time, an internet sale rep contacted me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and did everything possible for us to have a good buying experience. However we were unable to get together, due to our negative equity (the excuse we were given). So we parted was not very happy. About a week later I received a message from our sale man Ryan. He told me up front that he was upset that we couldn't work something out on that van. He then explained to me that he went back to his manager to ask if there was anything they could do to help us out. They worked together to find a van for us. Not only was it a newer van than what we were looking at, but it was ALOT nicer with very low miles. I explained that I wasn't driving back up there for no reason. Ryan worked between myself and the management to get the deal done. This salesman went way out of his way to make us feel important, and make sure we had everything we needed while we there. Now you have to understand I am a former auto sales man myself, I know "the game". Ryan knew this up front, and showed me the up most respect, and was very patient with us in questions and negotiations process. Great sales experiences. More
