Overall it was a good buying experience. The salesperson was extremely helpful and went out of his way to guarantee my satisfaction. My only problem was the length of time I had to spend at the dealership was extremely helpful and went out of his way to guarantee my satisfaction. My only problem was the length of time I had to spend at the dealership getting all the paperwork and other issues out of the way. Came back twice for paperwork, and then had to return to get my stereo programed because battery had been disconnected prior to my purchase. Also, one of my tires went flat and service department would not even check it to find out why without charging me. A little disappointed but overall satisfied, and will not have a problem recommending Shelor or doing return business. More
