I thought that Mike and Jackie tremendously helpful in the fact that I come from a poor family and even though I have a good paying job, it was difficult for me to come up with the down payment. Another admirable thing about dealing with Micheal was the fact that I didn't know insurance required a down payment and that was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and seemed to be able to answer all or most of my questions accurately. Jackie was a very nice lady and seemed to know her stuff, she was also very quick and made sure I understood everything I was signing (contracts..ect) she also worked with me and my father. When approved, he allowed me to look at the vehicles without trying to push any on me. I LIKED that. I got a 2000 Sunfire for a decent price and all the questions I asked about the car Ryan was able to give me an answer for and I could tell that he was being honest with what information he had. Chris was great. He showed extensive knowledge of the new vehicle I purchased and was not the pushy salesman type at all. I had a very pleasant experience. I had some bad experiences at other dealerships and was not looking forward to another trip to a dealership. It was a little lengthy process but worth it because everyone took the time to make sure we had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Mike was very friendly and helpful and even though the car we wanted to look at was already sold he found us something we loved even more. I have an hour commute to work and the drive is much more comfortable and pleasant in my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future and will likely buy my next car from here.
