He was very professional as well as patient, as my first contact with him was well over 1 year before I finally decided on experience with Charlie. He maintained what I considered a very good amount of contact, where I did not feel pressured nor hounded, and was very good at contacting me when he thought a vehicle would be of interest to me...in the end, it was his contacting me about a vehicle he thought I would like, and he was right, and with his assistance, I drove off in the vehicle I had been considering for two years. I bought a car last Oct from Shelor and needed to buy another one this past month. I came back because I had such a good experience with Ryan Potter. Andy Millirons was my sales person this time and my e another one this past month. I came back because I had such a good experience with Ryan Potter. Andy Millirons was my sales person this time and my experience was just as wonderful. He spent time with me and showed me several vehicles. I ended up buying the first one he recommended for me, which tells me he really listened to what I needed from the beginning and really did show me my best option first. That is so important when making a purchase like this and I truly appreciate his efforts. I had an issue with the keyless entry and he even solved that for me with no hassle on my part. Another A+!!! I have dealt two times so far with Shelor in the past and I have purchased this is the second time. Both are 4W/D. I still have my first one I bought there, it now has 205,889 miles on it. When I bought it there were 67,000 miles on it, A Ford Ranger, This one a Ford Explorer is in very good condition, and plan on it also to last a long time. the sales associate was very nice and helpful with anything we ask him, and strait and to the point. Jerry is a very knowledgeable salesman, our experience with him was enjoyable and fun. More
