my husband and i were very please with the services we received from Randall Spencer he was great and very eager to help us find what we needed but on the other hand my husband and i both talked with Neil received from Randall Spencer he was great and very eager to help us find what we needed but on the other hand my husband and i both talked with Neil Frances all day long on buying a certain truck that was in our budget and told him we would be there that afternoon to purchase it 15 minutes before we arrived it was sold right underneath us we were very very upset at Neil he came to see us when we got there but didn't say much he knew we were upset and did nothing for us not even offer a gift card for us to go out to eat nothing to condescend we thought he did not conduct his actions for what happen very well he is piss poor oh well i do not recommend Neil for any services but wish he do well towards others Randall and the other fellows that we worked with were wonderful and they also apologized for Neil's actions we highly recommend Randall Spencer to others he's a great country boy and salesman.. thank you the Hyler's More

Shelor did an excellent job getting me and my husband into a reliable and affordable vehicle based on our budget and poor credit history. They initially offered us leasing. When we elected not to do that, they went ahead and started a purchase. After the inital income check, we were not satisified with the vehicles offered to us. Tyler Adams took extra time dealing with the bank and office manager to get us into an affordable vehicle that we wanted. I absolutely love my new - used Pontiac G6 and look forward to working with Shelor in the future. I will refer anyone I know is looking for a vehicle to Shelor. The only downside was the high interest rate, but considering out credit history we were grateful for the help Shelor offered to begin with. More
