Mike Tozzolo first contacted us after our internet inquiring, he texted us pictures of the truck we were looking at then made an appointment for us that I had to change to an earlier time, Mike was un inquiring, he texted us pictures of the truck we were looking at then made an appointment for us that I had to change to an earlier time, Mike was understanding and made the arrangements. When we got to the dealership Mike got Charlie to help us. Charlie answered our questions and was very helpful and patient. We had our two young sons with us and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Charlie helped in every way he could to get us the best price and financing as he could. We thought Toni was very nice and energetic. She addressed all our concerns. The worst part of buying a car is the "paperwork" but she and the gentleman at the business center made that part of the addressed all our concerns.
