Our encounter with the employees at Shelor Motor Mile was a very pleasant one! Adam was very patient, answered all of our questions, and was very helpful. He was not your typical "pushy" salesman. He listed to what we wanted and was able to assist us with purchasing our first SUV! The only areas of opportunity I saw were the periods of time that we had to wait. Before we even went to the finance office, we waited for approx 45mins to get our trade-in appraised. Then, we waited an additional 45mins to an hour before Adam was able to provide us with the payment information from the bank. Once at the finance office, we waited another (approx) 35mins before we were called back to sign our paperwork. We arrived at Shelor at 11:15am and ended up leaving in our new vehicle at approx 6:30pm. Other than the lengthy processes, everything was great and Adam Hankins is definitely one of the best car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with! More
