Steve Lancaster was the gentleman I worked with, and there was never any push to go out of my price range or vehicle type, nor to add on extras that I didn't want. He was upfront about the history and service on the individual vehicles and gave me time to review them, so I knew nothing was getting swept under the rug. He also let me examine and test drive the cars without hanging over my shoulder and, when I had a few concerns over the used vehicle I liked, bent over backwards to make sure that they were addressed. I intend on caring and keeping this car for a good while, but would absolutely recommend the dealership and Mr. Lancaster in particular to other buyers. More
