Tacoma Purchase We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2019 Tacoma. The staff went out of their way to get a vehicle that was not in stock on their lot, and when We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2019 Tacoma. The staff went out of their way to get a vehicle that was not in stock on their lot, and when we came to pick it up, we were give an additional discount because of a dent in the roof. They are also going to fix the dent at our convenience. Everyone was very friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. We will definitely consider Shelor for our next car purchase. More

I did just that and received great customer service once again. Zeke, Toyota salesman, is young in age and car sales, but very friendly and always willing to help in any way that he can. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he makes sure that he finds out the answer promptly. Daniel Paige, vehicle salesman. He is the one that sold me my Kia; which was my very first vehicle purchase ever. He went above and beyond then and this time as well. Overall, this second purchase at Shelor was absolutely amazing. Great experience Went to another dealership before we went to Shelor Toyota and the salesman there was very arrogant and started bother usas soon as we pulled into the Went to another dealership before we went to Shelor Toyota and the salesman there was very arrogant and started bother usas soon as we pulled into the Nissan place. The salesman and the finance worker kept trying to sale me demo when that is not what I wanted. We left and Shelor Toyota were looked at vehicles for a good 15 minutes which is very nice then went and get a salesman when we were ready. John Nixon was wonderful he was push like the other salesman we dealt with . He was very knowledgeable about the Highlander and gives a wonderful experience in buying a car. We buy from him again in a heartbeat More
