Called back later and we agreed on a deal by phone. The deal included, down payment, trade in value, loan rate and monthly payment. My salesperson was Stephen Lancaster. When came back I got exactly what we discussed. No hidden fees or extras. They even had most of my paperwork started. Eugene was my loan agent and was excellent also.
