At first glance I was pleasantly surprised on the surface, but once my service was completed and I had a more in depth experience with the dealership, my opinion changed completely. I guess because I'm used to interacting with a much smaller dealership, I was initially impressed with the full service amenities. However, with the larger scale dealership comes the corporate mentality as well, as in they will charge you for every little thing! I was charged $150 for "diagnostics" for them to tell me I had a stick in my wheel well, when I had even told the intake attendant that it was probably something like that due to the recent weather and my location of where I live! I specified there was a constant sound coming from my wheel well and that i thought there was something stuck in there; they charged me the $150 to confirm this and remove the stick!!!! THEN, WHAT MAKES IT WORSE, THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME AND PUT IT BACK ON THE INVOICE! YES, MY INITIAL INVOICE DID NOT INCLUDE THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE, THEN THEY RENIGIGED ON IT AND SENT ME A NEW ONE WITH THE CHARGE ON THERE!!! I was so pissec and so tired at this point and they were closing that I paid the stupid bill and left. I had a 1.5 hr drive ahead of me to get back home with cranky kids! P.s. I was also looking to buy another Toyota too, but I will be going to another dealership 😉 More
