My experience with Shelor moto mile was all around the worst car buyimg experience i have ever had. I made arrangeent to drive 5 hours to look at THE truck i had been lookin for that they had. Called the saleman 3 times while I was in route to their dealership to inform him i was on my way only to pull into the parking lot to be told my truck i was interested in had just sold. They then tried talking me into something different. I was lookin to trade in a truck that was 5 years old with 70,000 miles on it. I checked book on my truck before i left and was givin a rough estimate of 16-17 trade in. They offered me 14000 and wanted me to finance 6 grand more on a truck that had twice the miles of mine and was only a half ton gas. Keep in mind mine was a 3/4 XLT ford diesel. All in all it was a gamble for me and i lost. Costing me 12 hours of time away from home and 175 dollars in fuel. I will never even look at their site again. More

She is a living definition of the word "hospitality"! The entire staff greated me with a smile and a firm handshake. Never did i feel like i was being taken advantage nor did i feel pressured. When the time comes for me to buy a new vehicle again, i sure hope those folks are still there at Shelor. No disrespect to any other sales professional or manager but i can see why Shelor Chevrolet has such a great name......Its Hilda and the Management Staff carrying a heavy load!
