Joe, our service advisor, effectively communicated with us during all aspects of our vehicle's service visit. The only negative about our experience was the fact that a service (replacement of tire pressu us during all aspects of our vehicle's service visit. The only negative about our experience was the fact that a service (replacement of tire pressure monitor) was significantly more expensive than the same part replacement was just four months ago. It appears that both the cost of the part and labor rates increased in the last four months. Nonetheless, we will continue to use Shelor for our automotive repairs and appreciate the hard-working professionals who work there! More

We have brought our vehicle to another dealership owned by Toyota several times. That dealership was where we bought the vehicle New. So we decided to Give Shelor Toyota a chance. We were so happy and pleased. They actually listen to what we were saying, and tried every effort to solve the problem in the very first visit.
