I dealt with Adam Duncan at the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram center. At first, I was told I would have to buy a brand-new car to add my car's negative equity onto the new one to be more appealing to banks. Ram center. After that was denied, I was told the only way I would get approved was of a new car of HIS choosing. I wanted to consider the new Mitsubishi Outlanders and was only given the option of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Which came with a $10,000 price difference. He repeatedly stated that "no one asked me to come in today." Also, he said "remember that the dealership near you has already told you no." The very next day I was approved for a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer with only 25,000 miles and a great interest rate at Ramey's in Princeton WV. It was an hour drive one way to get to Shelor and a major waste of time. I would give them 0 stars if possible. More

The sales manger salesperson listened to our needs. We are 88 and 90 years old. They were accommodating ordered the car we needed and fair to us in all aspects of sale esp price and immediacy. This is our 6 th suburban and Shelor was the best experience we ever had Jason Ethel and Jason Duffie deserve the maximum be it 10 stars or 5 stars when we were going from dealer to dealer looking they quietly told us they would find what we needed and got it for us. The entire Shelor organization was well organized and efficient and concerned with the customer. Thank you to them all!!! More
