Bought a certified preowned Jeep Patriot thinking Jeep and the dealership backed the certification and would fix anything were there any issues. Well there were issues, tons of issues. Jeep is absolutely useless stating the problems were pre existing and that I had to work with the dealership, even though it has the bumper to bumper warranty and power train warranty active. The dealership kept the vehicle for a week, saying they would amend the issues, when I got there over half the issues were still there. So I left it there another week with the service manager, Jerry, saying he would personally inspect the issues to make sure it was done right. Two weeks later the vehicle still has exactly the same issues except they wiped under the hood for maybe give minutes. Issues with the vehicle initially: Brakes making noise when stopping and when riding Vehicle vibrating when in drive and stopped Minor scratches that were supposed to be buffed out Detailing job not done at all Nonmatching tires No tire change equipment No floor mats No manual No Carfax report No warranty manual or brochure Hood prop bar clip broken Rear rotors have ridges Lock knob missing on passenger rear door Grab bar on rear passenger door hanging off Split weather strips around rear doors Issues the dealership fixed: Non matching tires Replaced one motor mount but I am having to replace the other three myself because it still vibrates Lock knob on door Tire change equipment Floor mats All other problems were not addressed at all and this is after making three trips to the dealership to work with them to resolve these issues. Buyer beware these guys didn't even check the paperwork was correct before I signed and they let me leave without a temporary tag so I could have been pulled over and ticketed. These people do not care what they sell you and are not afraid to waste your time. More

When we got there all the sales staff was extremely helpful and we found a vehicle she could afford and all went well. On the way home we had an issue with the car. We called the next morning and Mr. Geno Federico was very responsive to our concerns. He arranged to have the car picked up and kept in constant contact through the process. We did have to go back but when we got there Mr. Michael Beckley and the sales Management team had a worked out an awesome deal on a better vehicle for my daughter, Now I had not said a word about any of this to them, we were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in and they presented this offer to us. My daughter was above happy with her new (to her) van and I went away feeling like there are still some straight up people in this world. Next time I need a new vehicle I will return here because of their treatment of us and how they handled a bad situation, earned my respect and my business. Mr. Beckley, Mr. Federico...you guys rock !! Thank you very much !! More
