Oil change Had an appt. today at 2:00 for a oil change, over 2 hrs. Later they bring truck out with tires rotated ( which had done last week) & no oil change. Not sure what's going on there but spent over 3 hrs. On my date off!!! They even tired to charge me for the tire rotation. Horrible service. More

Stay Away-Lied about price We were offered a price in person and didn't take the offer and looked around at other dealers. Once we went back to make the deal, the price t We were offered a price in person and didn't take the offer and looked around at other dealers. Once we went back to make the deal, the price totally changed and said they never quoted that price. We ended up buying the same car for over 2,000 below what they wanted anyway. If you want to be treated with respect and honesty and get a fair price stay away and go to Oxmoor Jeep. I cannot say enough about the people and experience at Oxmoor Jeep. A+ More

Then they tried getting another loan company and I just said I'd rather just give it back and be done and they made it sound I couldn't get out of it . I refused to sign the papers and finally gave the Jeep back but now they won't return my deposit and say it's a credit for another car when I buy from them ! 1000 dollars !! More

2012 JEEP WRANGLER ----- 2014 DODGE AVENGER RT In Oct 2011 I special ordered a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. It's always been serviced by the Shelbyville dealership. In Oct 2013 I special ordered a 201 In Oct 2011 I special ordered a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. It's always been serviced by the Shelbyville dealership. In Oct 2013 I special ordered a 2014 Dodge Avenger RT.. As of today (MAY 12th) it only has 1025 miles on it. I love it, but it stays in the garage during the winter months and rainy season. With such little miles it's had no reason to be back to the dealership. Because of the great service on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and the way everyone treats me, is the reason I ordered the 2014 Dodge from them rather than goto Louisville or Frankfort. I still have both vehicles.. I drive a 2008 smart car (which I bought new in Oct 2008) most of the time but am considering buying a new Dart GT if I get a good price for my smart car. I take care of my cars and therefore I expect to get top dollar for them when I trade. If not, I'll just drive it for a few more years, as there is nothing wrong with it. I just love the little Darts. More
