Went to this dealership to purchase a truck. Initially was told we could not get the deal we wanted. Left the dealership. Was hounded all day with texts and calls. We bought a new Ram truck several months ago and had a wonderful experience. We decided to go back and buy a used vehicle over the weekend and it was a totally different experience. It takes us 3 hrs to wonderful experience. We decided to go back and buy a used vehicle over the weekend and it was a totally different experience. It takes us 3 hrs to get to this dealership. They tried to offer $1,000 for our trade in that is worth $6,000. When we argued this point they said that they could give us a higher amt for our trade in but then they couldnt give us the sale price of the veh. They finally offered $3,000. We were also told over the phone and prior to our arrival that interest rates were 5.6% and we had a good credit score. Well we got 11% which was higher than what we got on the truck we bought there just a few months ago AND our credit score was higher the 2nd time. We ended up getting the car but we had to put down a higher down payment then we wanted our monthly payment was higher than what we needed. Then they couldn't even fill the gas tank up for us. We will never go back. More

Kayce Page was who really took care of me, and was so incredibly patient with me despite how indecisive I am and all the questions I asked. 😅 I was never made to feel pressured, they never used pushy sales tactics, and they definitely made a lasting impression. From the moment I reached out they made me feel comfortable and like I was a "real person" not just an other sell to be made. Not to mention their selection of inventory was impressive, especially for the current car buying market! Love my new Jeep Renegade "Luci" and will be back when Im ready to buy my Wrangler too 🥰 If you're in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Shelbyville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram More
The only reason to provide a 1 star review is due to the fact that there is not a 0 star review. Look online at their "New" inventory, but buyer beware that they will add a dealer "markup" of roughly 10% in fact that there is not a 0 star review. Look online at their "New" inventory, but buyer beware that they will add a dealer "markup" of roughly 10% in my case anyways to the MSRP just to pocket more but yet still call it MSRP. That's just for starters. Per their salesman, they are a Kelly Blue Book value dealer. Their online calculator valued my trade in "Good Condition" at $52,331, yet they wanted to only offer $43,000 which is less than in "Poor" condition. Needless to say the $15,000 swing in price when combing both above conditions was enough to walk away and go somewhere else as no other dealership works in that method. Find another place to spend your money since they only care about making all they can. *Note the payoff on trade was $20,000 making the equity $32,331. More
