LIED stay away FAR AWAY well let me start with saying i have owned dodge trucks ever since i could drive and i finally decided too buy a new one . and so i started shoppign o well let me start with saying i have owned dodge trucks ever since i could drive and i finally decided too buy a new one . and so i started shoppign on the internet and there prices looked good so i drove 2.5 hours too look at a white truck . now here is were it starts getting unhonest on there part . when looking at the truck i told the salesman WAN that one thing i liked about them was the gps they had which i later found out mine didnt have that option i could have added it for a extra 600 dollars but that wasnt told too me upfront so we drove the truck and i loved the way it drove . so i decided lets see what my trade in was worth and what the payment would be ect ect ect . so WAN pulls at a white paper and asked for all my info including my ssi number and he said sign here too basicly say you will buy if approved . which i knew i would get approved and knew i would buy . so i was approved and we went back and forth on price till we agreed on price so the sent it too finance guy and sent truck too back too get cleaned detailed and filled the tank so mean time . me and the wife went looking around the lot cause were going too be buying her a new suv or crossover by first of the year so we seen a BEAUTIFUL blue truck and we asked WAN if we could do something with the blue insteed of the white and hes said no it was too late ( which i assumed it was cause i signed the white paper ) later i found out as long as i hadnt signed the actual contract i wasnt bound too the white one . and WAN knew this . so i complained to owner and he put me off to a manager and they said come in lets work it out soooooo i drove another 2.5 hours and spent all day to basicly try and charge me a 3xtra 12k for a blue truck that didnt even have all the options my white one did . so be CAREFUL i would recomend buying elsewhere i know i will be and so will my family and i will be making a complaint against them too Chrysler Ram. More
