Salesman and manager not interested in making a sale Women, don't bother even walking in the door. Manager John Mercer assigned a salesman, Samim Eslami-Amirabadi, who then wouldn't return my emails to Women, don't bother even walking in the door. Manager John Mercer assigned a salesman, Samim Eslami-Amirabadi, who then wouldn't return my emails to schedule a test drive. Clearly, nobody was going to give me the VIN in advance of the car supposedly being brought in for me; they wouldn't even answer if it was built recently enough to have blind-spot monitoring that VW added in May. While that manager was away, I was told by the internet office I'd have to wait for him to return to take a test drive since - despite having 2 cars of the model of interest - they aren't in the right color. Going there today, they both lied to my face. No man would have been disrespected by these people like this. So snide even in approaching me. More
