I took the car in for an oil change, for which I had a $20-off coupon. The service agent said there were several other things that needed to be taken care off and I agreed to also have them done. When it was time to pay the bill it was considerably higher than initially discussed, starting with the oil change that about $25 more than the amount I have paid before. The cashier was very dismissive and did not want to discuss the price of anything, responding with, "Yeah, yeah. That's how much it costs." I had to speak with the service agent who helped me earlier, Ben Ong. He was very courteous and helpful and even reduced the price of the oil change by $30. But in the end, I basically paid the normal oil price. What happened to honoring the $20 coupon I wonder? Because of the layout of the receipts, it was difficult to figure out where the extra charges were coming from. Needless to say, I will not be going to Sheehy VW again. For anyone who does get service there, make sure you know how much you will be charged ahead of time, and definitely look over your bill before you pay. More

I stopped by the dealership one morning on the way to work to see what they had on their lot and was greeted by Jamal Nassier. Long story short, I was impressed with the VW's we test drove, and was equally pleased with Jamal and his sales manager John Mercer, who were extremely helpful, patient and responsive and within the span of three weeks ended up purchasing a 2009 Jetta and two new Passat's. Jamal and John did a great job asking lots of questiosn to help us figure out what was really important to us and they made suggestions that demonstrated that they listened very carefully to what we had to say, and were able to identify 3 vehicles (a 2009 Jetta SE, a 2012 Passat Sport SE 3.6L and a 2013 Passat SE TDI) which fit our needs and our budgets perfectly. We traded in a 2008 Audi A6 and a 2008 Mercedes E350 and they gave us fair prices on both. Mohammed and Frank did a great job putting together very reasonable financing deals and they did so with the utmost courteousy and efficiency. I've purchased many cars in my 59 years but this was far adn away the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car and enthusiastically recommend Sheey VW. And ask for Jamal and John.
