I owned an Audi A4 before and was torn over not getting another Audi, but I am SO glad we got the VW Passat -It is fantastic! More room, clean and just beautiful. The waiting areas were cool (even with two kids in tow) and the associates, all with whom we spoke, were informative and engaging ... even for a late rainy Monday. Our sales contact, Jorge Perez, made us feel comfortable and was truly 'there' for us (he even drives VW). He was patient, didn't try to sway the conversation my wife and I had about the sale and, in the end, he led us to a 100% totally shaweeeet ride. Don't go to ANY other VW dealership in the DC area. You'd just be wasting your time ... and money ... and happiness ... : ) More

My salesman was Paul Wicker, who was super-chill, non-pushy, and did not seem slimy at all. We candidly discussed our shared disdain of being on the buyer-side of the sales desk. Parts department needs to get it together, it isn't clear to me why they weren't able to provide the correct part-number for the cargo cover, when the VIN was provided.
