He found exactly what I had been looking for at another Sheehy location, had it transferred to Springfield in less than 24 hours, and had everything ready for me when my husband and I arrived for our scheduled appointment. We saw the car, Sal explained all of the features, and then we took it for a test drive. We knew right away it was the perfect car for us! When we arrived back at the dealership, he went over the numbers with us to make sure we were comfortable with everything, then turned us over to Aaron to sign the paperwork. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, and we couldn't have been happier with the process and how friendly and professional everyone was. Best car buying experience I've had I was very surprised by this dealership, best experience I've had buying a new car to date (at least 10).
