Great Dealer Full of VW Enthusiasts For the past 18 years of my life I have been buying VW cars, and this has been the best experience to date! I bought my previous car at this location before it was owned by Sheehy -- the previous salesperson knew nothing about the car and was worthless. Five years later (under new management), the salespeople are TRUE VW PEOPLE. My sales advisor (Zach) has been talking/texting me for several months to help me find a match with a specific car I had some interest in (a Golf R) -- he wasn't aggressive in the least, just helpful). When I was ready to pull the trigger on this car, Zach made everything go into action. Despite it being a hard car to get, both Zach and the Sales Manager (John M.), helped me secure an incoming car quickly and got everything in motion. It was both an amazing, easy, and stressless way of purchasing a car. The financial closer (Kelly) was incredible and got the whole process wrapped up fast, including tag transfer. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I needed to get another car from this dealership. It's the first time I feel like the staff of a dealership actually has taken the time to know me and my needs as a customer and not just see me as another "sale" who will be discarded quickly. More

Helped me get into a new Golf GTI After I was the victim of a four car pileup on the Beltway just after Labor Day, I needed to get another car. Robert was sympathetic to my needs to get another stick shift Volkswagen in a timely manner. He was able to locate a Golf GTI 4-door in silver for me and get it to me in half a week. I also managed to test drive a 1.8 TSI manual wagon and a 2.0 TDI DSG wagon, but I went with the GTI. If price was not an object, I would have gone with the Golf R manual. I also wish to offer thanks to Robert for accommodating my work schedule. Having to commute between Alexandria and Silver Spring takes a bit of time each weekday, and he was willing to meet me after dinner to discuss what was available. I did notice a blemish on the paint by the driver side tail light a few days after purchase. Robert and crew managed to fit me into a Saturday morning appointment to get it wet sanded and looking like new. More
