Great Dealer Full of VW Enthusiasts For the past 18 years of my life I have been buying VW cars, and this has been the best experience to date! I bought my previous car at this location For the past 18 years of my life I have been buying VW cars, and this has been the best experience to date! I bought my previous car at this location before it was owned by Sheehy -- the previous salesperson knew nothing about the car and was worthless. Five years later (under new management), the salespeople are TRUE VW PEOPLE. My sales advisor (Zach) has been talking/texting me for several months to help me find a match with a specific car I had some interest in (a Golf R) -- he wasn't aggressive in the least, just helpful). When I was ready to pull the trigger on this car, Zach made everything go into action. Despite it being a hard car to get, both Zach and the Sales Manager (John M.), helped me secure an incoming car quickly and got everything in motion. It was both an amazing, easy, and stressless way of purchasing a car. The financial closer (Kelly) was incredible and got the whole process wrapped up fast, including tag transfer. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I needed to get another car from this dealership. It's the first time I feel like the staff of a dealership actually has taken the time to know me and my needs as a customer and not just see me as another "sale" who will be discarded quickly. More
