New GTI purchase I wanted to call out Jonathan from the Sheehy VW dealership in Springfield. I went in to just window shop and ended up leaving in a brand new GTI. Jonathan was a refreshing individual to work with during this process. He was very interested in knowing my must haves and working thru my life history of previous VW cars we identified my must haves and test drove 2. Jonathan had a great ability to navigate the features and benefits of the models and also spent more time before test driving in order to familiarize me with the changes and additional items that vw has in the 2016 models. He was also very patient with my husband. A.k.a the bargain hunter looking for a good deal accompanied by a good level of service experience. In my 5 VW experiences that I have previously purchased Jonathan made this be the most memorable and the Bert experience. I have been loyal to the brand because I love the products and usually despise the service level because of working retail myself. If you got to Sheehy VW in Springfield look for Jonathan!!! More

Best car buying experience so far! I traveled all the way to Springfield from Annapolis, MD and it was worth every mile. I wasn't actually even planning on buying a vehicle that day, I I traveled all the way to Springfield from Annapolis, MD and it was worth every mile. I wasn't actually even planning on buying a vehicle that day, I just wanted to check out a few vehicles I had seen on the website and see how I liked them. Before we even made it in the front door Jonathan Routt caught up to us in the parking lot and kicked things off right away. Within 15 minutes we were test driving a Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line that I had seen on the website. Jonathan knew every feature of the vehicle, everything that was specific to the R-Line, everything that was new to the 2014 model and every small detail that would peak our interest even more. His knowledge of not just the Tiguan but the entire VW brand was more than I had seen at any other dealership I have ever been to. We worked up some numbers and I decided I was taking that vehicle home with me that day! Kelly Ghabour came in after that and worked her absolute magic to get me into a monthly payment that I was comfortable with while still ensuring I had the perks of the Sheehy VIP Club.
