There was no sense of pressure to make a purchase, and all the associated costs of the lease were up front and reasonable. The financing department was extremely helpful (and quick), and the time it took from walking into the dealership and driving away with a brand new detailed GTI was exceptional. Just wanted to let everyone know that this dealership is the one to go to if you want a new Volkswagen. Tried a couple of the ones in the area, this was the best one out of all of them. All the staff were super friendly, the showroom was amazing, coffee was great, and I didn't have to Wait forever to get out of there with my new car. I also love the VIP program they have.
