After collecting quotes from the other dealerships, I came to Scott (who was quite responsive through the entire process) with the lowest offer, and he and his manager were able to beat it. High marks on customer service and price. Can't beat that. We'll definitely be letting Sheehy take first crack at our next vehicle purchase. More

I take my time exploring my options, I change my mind every other day and I like having the fine print explained to me in detail. That being said, it takes a special salesperson and dealership to gain my business and trust. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Emmanuel Singletary took care and spent many hours/days helping me find the right vehicle, the right price and in the most professional manner. He was sincere, patient, knowledgeable, easy to reach and prompt in responding...But most importantly...Pesonable. John Mercer the General Sales Manager doesn't hide in an office, he's on the floor helping the sales managers get the best deal and chatting with customers. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. Kelly in the finance dept offered excellent financing advice whether I took the deal or not. Everyone is top notch. I will continue doing business with them for years to come. More

Charles communicated well, was able to provide me regular updates, answer all my questions, and returned my calls quickly. I drove over 3 hours away each way, from Coastal Virginia, to purchase my car, passing a number of other VW dealerships, and it was well worth it!! I already has a great rate from my bank, but to my surprise, the finance department was able to beat that rate. Again, excellent experience from beginning to end!! Outstanding Customer Service I was a very loyal Alexandria VW customer for 20 years. I took my car in for 90k mile service. When I picked up the car I drove directly to Sheehy Volkswagen and ran into my favorite long time service person Jonah Kabazzi, that smile and a don't worry Beverley we will take care of you. He called me promised and told me all I needed is a front end alignment. He also kept the car to make sure it was driving well and cleaned all the spilled oil under my car. When I tell you I am so excited about my new dealership and the amazing team that works a Sheehy. I will be purchasing my next Volkswagen from this dealership. The waiting area is welcoming the, the van driver was friendly and very cautious. More
