Since I needed another car, they directed me to Ron Sowell. I was interested in a Passat and he found one on the lot that met my needs. After a test drive, I decide to buy it and Ron made that very easy. He was also very knowledgeable, personable and kept a good attitude even though they were having their computers upgraded and he had to keep running back and forth to the printer. All-in-all a fair price, minimal hassle and one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. I have used their service department for my last 2 Jettas and have dealt with Ben Ong who has been honest and explained all needed work in terms I could understand. I definitely will use them to service my new Passat. More
