We had called him before arriving and he was knowledgeable about all the pricing, taxes, terms, etc. We arrived at the dealership and he was very organized with the transaction. We didn't have to wait and within 2 hours we were driving away with the car. Nice work Ron! Vanessa in Finance was also very helpful and quick. We are buying another Volkswagen for our daughter in May and will be back to this great dealership. More

VW Buy Back experience Had a 2013 Jetta TDI that was part of the VW Diesel buy back program. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes. Very efficient and professional. Since I needed another car, they directed me to Ron Sowell. I was interested in a Passat and he found one on the lot that met my needs. After a test drive, I decide to buy it and Ron made that very easy. He was also very knowledgeable, personable and kept a good attitude even though they were having their computers upgraded and he had to keep running back and forth to the printer. All-in-all a fair price, minimal hassle and one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. I have used their service department for my last 2 Jettas and have dealt with Ben Ong who has been honest and explained all needed work in terms I could understand. I definitely will use them to service my new Passat. More
