I drove to Sheehy from out of state and Ron made this a very smooth and stressless process. I arrived at the dealer and in one hour I was riding away in my new GTI. Worst experience with dealership I went in to get a recall fixed on my car and when I did the first time they wanted to sit my car for days without providing a loaner. That was frustr I went in to get a recall fixed on my car and when I did the first time they wanted to sit my car for days without providing a loaner. That was frustrating so I brought it in another day when I could be without a vehicle. Then they proceeded to tell me they weren't going to fix the recall when they couldn't even pull the code. I've had two VW's and this is the final straw. VW is the worst company and I do not recommend to anyone. After this I will never go to Volkswagen again. They lost a every bit of business from me or anyone I know. More

Great experience, Good dealership We were from out of state and did all negotiations over the phone with David. Although the dealership fee of $699 is high (especially when buying a used car), the total price was still better than what I could find at Bob King, Alexandria VW and Ourisman. After getting the final price worksheet, we agreed upon the transaction and headed over to the dealership the following Saturday. David was very professional and the whole transaction was completed in less than 2 hours and we were off with the new car. We will certainly recommend David to anyone and everyone. It was truly very easy and a pleasant experience at a car dealership. Thanks David! More

The salesman, Mr. Riadh Mejri, was exceptional, however. He answered all my questions candidly and thoroughly. The price negotiations were mannerly, and Mr. Meiri made sure I was extended discounts of which I was unaware. Even though it was past closing time before the transaction was completed. both Mr. Mejri, and the Finance Manager, Paola Rodriguez, remained until everything was done and I left with the car that evening. I am very pleased with my experience with Mr. Mejri, Ms. Rodriguez, and Sheehy VW of Springfield. More

Exceptional! Yesterday I went to Sheehy to participate in the Buyback program. Stupidly I had written the wrong date on my calendar. John Mercer, the General Sal Yesterday I went to Sheehy to participate in the Buyback program. Stupidly I had written the wrong date on my calendar. John Mercer, the General Sales Manager, called and arranged a new appointment for me and Ron sought out the car I wanted and I was able to test drive it. Together these two made it possible for me to drive the beautiful new Alltrack home, despite the fact that I will not get the Buyback money until the beginning of May. I have dealt with this dealership for 15 years and I didn't think it was possible to surprise me anymore; their service is excellent, their sales staff knowledgeable and their attention to the customer is amazing. Yesterday showed me how far they will go to help a customer. Thank you Ron Sowell, John Mercer and Robyn Leak for making what could have been a bad day terrific! I must mention Ben Ong the service manager as well. He has monitored service of our past VWs and he is exceptional as well! More
