Truly Satisfied Customer I came in on the Friday before labor day and looked at some cars. I spoke with Ron Sowell and told him what I was looking for and would be back the ne I came in on the Friday before labor day and looked at some cars. I got the car I wanted. There was no pressure and no going back and forth on price. He made this car experience a plus. Our salesperson, David Perez, was a great person to work with and added to our experience. My golf turned out to be exactly what I wanted, and we were able to take advantage of a great deal. David was understanding, and even drove out to Baltimore to pick up my car since I wanted a specific color and interior! He was friendly to my family who accompanied me, and made sure to always answer my questions quickly. Our finance help from Paul also was great. Paul was understanding, and helped us decide on the best possible options for me as a first time buyer getting settled after college graduation. Sheehy is doing things right. More

Absolutely Ridiculous I've been trying for several days now to get a legitimate price quote from this dealership. I live out of the area but my parents live close by. With I've been trying for several days now to get a legitimate price quote from this dealership. I live out of the area but my parents live close by. With the prices they advertise online it makes the most sense to come visit my parents and leave with a car, easy enough eh? Nope. First of all when I'm not being hung up on by their phone system I am given several different prices for the same car. The online prices they advertise are not correct and do not account for the thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars in fees they add on to get the vehicle off the lot. They also take into account that you will qualify for all their incentives, which most people don't - ok another thousand or so added on the price. Still with the fees and missed incentives the prices are competitive. So before I drop a few hundred dollars on a plane ticket all I asked was for them to email me a valid price quote so that I am not wasting my time or money. Spoke with David on the phone who promised to send it email it over to me, nothing. Called back, he told me he was busy with a million things but would get it over before 9 when they close. Still nothing. I did receive an emailed with a vague list of fees from Kash and or Raymond (the email came from Kash, but was signed Raymond). I replied stating again that I would like to come in this weekend but will need a valid price quote before purchasing a plane ticket, again no response. Called first thing this morning, David wasn't there, I asked to be transferred to a manager and was hung up on. This has been beyond frustrating. I am not being treated as a number, I am being treated as if I don't exist. There are many other dealerships in VA and other close by states, it is beyond me why I have been treated this way. At this point I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Sheehy VW, I wouldn't recommend this dealership anyone. More
