This was the first service of my new Prius. I had several concerns: The security panel over the hatch was hard to use (Bob fixed this). I feared that a defect in the cabin light switch had caused a several concerns: The security panel over the hatch was hard to use (Bob fixed this). I feared that a defect in the cabin light switch had caused a dead battery. Bob checked the switch. I told Bob that the repairman sent by Toyotacare had great difficulty accessing the battery in the hatch. Bob said I should have known that the battery could be accessed under the hood because this info is in the instruction manual. I asked about red backlighting in the hybrid information panel, which is present at some times and not others; I couldn't find any info about this in in the manual. Bob said this light comes on when I'm using a lot of power. I said that it's sometimes on when I'm stopped and using no power. He told me to go to the sales office and ask them. My treatment by Bob left much to be desired. More
