I took my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Sheehy Toyota in Laurel because the screen blacked out. The first time they did a preliminary test and said it was my aftermarket dash cam, but requested doing more tests o because the screen blacked out. I dropped the vehicle off the afternoon before. I was told Thursday, the vehicle was ready to pick up. I spoke with John Bradbenner, who is listed as a service manager. As we were talking about the screen problem, I told him the hood was scratched. He took pictures, said they would fix it and probably would buff out. John said to call the next week about the screen problem and to schedule a time to get the hood fixed. I have called several times, leaving messages. No response. Called and spoke to a customer service manager who was to call John. NO RESPONSE again. Left a message with the General Manager and guess what, NO RESPONSE. Just left a message for the service manager, Mr. Jacobs, over the whole service department. Told them to call me by 4pm today or I am calling Toyota. I should mention this is not the first time they did something like this. I had a 2008 Tacoma they said needed over $5000 worth of repairs needed. Took it to my mechanic and he went over the vehicle and said the only thing really needed was the air filters changed. It didn't need new tires, didn't have an oil leak or anything else. More

Low Ball Appraisal Team - lying (LYING) about things wrong with your trade-in just to give you very (VERY) low bottom line dollars. Finance - Slick Team - Just when you think you have your purchase price locked in — the Finance person will over sell unnecessary warranties and don’t apply for a loan cause you will get stuck with a very high interest rate; —and when you ask why; they will give a xx answer like “you were late making payments on your previous car” — and this statement was make without any knowledge (they are just throwing out a brunch of verbal crap). Is there an honest and up front car sales dealership - Not Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. Oh yeah, if you have use the bathroom or need to get a drink — you better watch it while you walk; because those Vulture Trollling Sales Representatives will mow you down and cut you off trying to get to their next sale/customer. —and NO; they don’t even say excuse me” or wait for you to walk by!!! xxx Got bumped into/cut off 3 times - with “no excuse me”. None!. One sale representative was even blocking the double sliding glass entry door using a tablet and talking with a potential customer; no decency to even move out of the way of people coming in or going out. All Sheehy Sales Related Teams/Members we dealt with - just “Played Us” (the customer) Stupid!!! —and No we are NOT Stupid!!! Very Bad and Sad Experience!!! —and it shouldn’t have to be like this…. Drop the Lying and Slickness or you going to loose more customers!!! More

I purchased a2021 Audi Q5 on Oct 16, 2024. I purchased a Platinum Toyota Service Agreement for $4800 in addition to car cost. I was sent an agreement from Toyota Financial Services for a Gold I purchased a Platinum Toyota Service Agreement for $4800 in addition to car cost. I was sent an agreement from Toyota Financial Services for a Gold Plan! I have returned to Sheehy ‘no less than’ 8 times to have issue corrected! TFS says dealership must fax correction to them! I have spoken to Sean; Mike; and my salesman numerous times with nothing being done! I paid for Platinum plan & have documentation to prove… I have shown to finance dept at Sheehy, to no avail! More

Every time I come for service on my RAV4, which is the usual oil change/rotation/etc., it takes several hours. Often times I don’t get updates on how long the service will be. The service representatives always push for me to purchase additional services that are not necessary for my vehicle. They then proceed to hound you with multiple emails and texts about reviewing the service. I personally wish I knew a good mechanic that could help me instead of this waste of time. More
Purchased a brand new Sienna Platinum from this dealership. They were the only dealership within 250 miles with what my wife wanted. Spent 2 days back and forth with the Kevin, the sales associat dealership. They were the only dealership within 250 miles with what my wife wanted. Spent 2 days back and forth with the Kevin, the sales associate, trading paperwork and getting ready to drive 4 hours to the dealer for the call. Received a phone call from the sales manager the day before I was supposed to pick it up informing me the van was sold out from under me. They did locate a similar, more expensive one. I then spent another day discussing price, and was misquoted pricing, in writing, 5 different times. While these struggles should have clued me in this deal was a setup for challenges, I proceeded with the purchase and scheduled an appointment at the dealership. Upon arrival I found the vehicle was not prepped, the finance person was not even at the store, the sales associate knew nothing about the van, and the gas tank was empty. After signing the papers the sales associate hooked my wife’s phone up to the car but told us nothing else about the vehicle. I will say everyone on site was friendly and pleasant, but the customer service for what we were paying for a new van was severely lacking. I live far enough away I wouldn’t likely ever use this dealership again anyway, but I caution anyone looking to buy a vehicle here. Do not expect stellar customer service walking into the sale. More
