Worst customer service I've had in many years.I had been dealing with the internet guy and had honed in on a model and possible trade- in value.When I went in the internet salesman wasn't in and it to been dealing with the internet guy and had honed in on a model and possible trade- in value.When I went in the internet salesman wasn't in and it took them a long time to find my info.Then they told me there was no one to actually appraise my trade in! I went to Beyer where they were low key ,competent and gave me a good deal And found a better loan than the one I had already arranged.Go to Beyer and don't annoy yourself with these jerks. More
Chris LaPorte made by buying experience easy and informed. He kept in touch with me throughout the process of securing the exact model and additional features I was interested in. Once my new Forester arrived, Chris expedited the process in order for me to drive my vehicle home the same day. Also, on the financing end, Eddie Beans was fabulous to work with. Throughout the process with both him and Chris, there was never any pressure and as I woman I appreciated not being talked down to. Finally, I have to mention the great service Rick Miller provided when I first came to the dealership for a test drive and was deciding between various options in terms of make and model. He was courteous, helpful, and professional -- so different from my last car buying experience. Thanks, Sheehy Subaru! More
I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.0XT from Larry about a month ago. My wife did most of the set up of the purchase since it is her vehicle, so once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Larry and w a month ago. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and had no problems giving me answers to every question I had. My wife was already in love with the vehicle and had been hunting all over for the perfect one. As Subaru owners we know how great the vehicles are and Larry is a perfect match for the brand. He is very friendly and I will definitely recommend anyone to him to purchase a vehicle. My wife loves her Forester and has nothing but great things to say about it. Three words: honest, efficient, and professional. Last night I typed "Subaru Dealer" into Google Maps, and tonight I drove home my brand new Subaru WRX from Sheehy Subaru. Thanks to their incredible servi night I typed "Subaru Dealer" into Google Maps, and tonight I drove home my brand new Subaru WRX from Sheehy Subaru. Thanks to their incredible service, and especially Chris LaPorte. He contacted me right away, took my financials over the phone, and got me an interest rate I couldn't believe. I e-mailed the dealership at 11pm, and at 7am the next morning Chris is calling me and answering all my questions. After the credit application, and the test drive, and the info on the optional packages, I asked Chris, "alright, what's the out-the-door price?" He double-checked, added some numbers, and gave me the price—it was exactly what he quoted me in his very first e-mail. No B.S. fees, no "extras", no surprise charges. Just honest, efficient, and professional. More
