Worst customer service I've had in many years.I had been dealing with the internet guy and had honed in on a model and possible trade- in value.When I went in the internet salesman wasn't in and it to been dealing with the internet guy and had honed in on a model and possible trade- in value.When I went in the internet salesman wasn't in and it took them a long time to find my info.Then they told me there was no one to actually appraise my trade in! I went to Beyer where they were low key ,competent and gave me a good deal And found a better loan than the one I had already arranged.Go to Beyer and don't annoy yourself with these jerks. More

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.0XT from Larry about a month ago. Thanks to their incredible service, and especially Chris LaPorte. He contacted me right away, took my financials over the phone, and got me an interest rate I couldn't believe. I e-mailed the dealership at 11pm, and at 7am the next morning Chris is calling me and answering all my questions. After the credit application, and the test drive, and the info on the optional packages, I asked Chris, "alright, what's the out-the-door price?" He double-checked, added some numbers, and gave me the price—it was exactly what he quoted me in his very first e-mail. No B.S. fees, no "extras", no surprise charges.
