We visited dozens of dealerships and sat down with more representatives than I could count. We told Tom how much we wanted our trade-in to be valued, he met us without issue. We had firm numbers we needed to meet before pulling the trigger, and Tom was patient and helped us meet those figures. Tom was not all obtrusive, he was relaxed and laid back; the antithesis of what you think about when you think car salesman. I would recommend working with Tom to anyone. More

Easy and Fair WRX purchase I purchased a new 2016 WRX about a month ago but wanted to wait to post a review so I could let the purchase and new car feeling wear off. Bill Gallag I purchased a new 2016 WRX about a month ago but wanted to wait to post a review so I could let the purchase and new car feeling wear off. Bill Gallagher contacted me by phone shortly after I put in a TrueCar quote request and discussed the car and options I was looking for. He told me about the vehicle they had in stock that matched what I wanted and sent me a follow up offer that was lower than the original TrueCar quote with no pressure at all to come in. I went to the dealership a week later and worked with Larry McGill on the purchase. He allowed a short test drive (some dealers won't let you do this at all with WRX) and was patient throughout the process (I brought my 3 year old son) and met my target purchase price for a easy purchase experience. Financing application and purchasing took a little longer than I expected but that is to be expected on a Saturday. They matched the lower interest rate that my bank offered (so I'd recommend getting pre-approved since no current financing deals on WRX). Overall very pleased with the purchase a month later and would definitely buy from them again. Receptionist was very friendly, remembered our names when we returned to pick up the car and called a few times after the purchase to check in on how the car was working out for me and it was nice to talk to Greg about WRX's while I was waiting for financing and they had free pizza! I highly recommend the new WRX. Fun car to drive but also comes with some great technology so it works as my commuter car throughout the week. I don't want to get too far off track talking about the car, but the 2016 WRX has been hard to fine and the wait time ordering it can take 6-8 weeks so it was great to find one with everything I wanted at a fair price just above estimated dealer invoice. More

Tom Reber was busy with another client, so I first started talking with Greg Maslowski. I was upfront and told Greg what type of Impreza I was looking for, and it happened to be the dealership had the cars I was looking for in their inventory. They provided multiple options that they thought would be a fit. Greg was quick to provide a quote, and later Tom was able to join after finishing with his other client. Not only were Tom and Greg really personable toward me, they had such a rapport with one another that they were able to work diligently together to provide me answers to all my questions. Tom was extremely attentive and patient in person and through email, he was quick to reply on emails regarding the multiple models I inquired about. I want to also give additional thanks to Wyatt in Finance, he did great such a wonderful job despite my horrible attitude at the end. He was extremely professional and did go above and beyond to see what financial options would work better for me. The Sheehy Subaru Team of Springfield rocks!!!!! More

I went in with homework done and the specific car in mind. My sales person was Greg Lopez. He confirmed what I was looking for and showed me what they had in stock. Unfortunately they didn't have the model or color WRX I was looking for, so he and the sales manager searched and found the one I wanted. Greg was very attentive, responsive and knowledgeable from start to finish. They pricing I got was great and Sabrina the finance manager was awesome. I can say that this has been my very best car buying experience thus far! More

I even wondered if he was in the right business considering how modest he was. He took us on a test drive and explained the features of the car thoroughly. When we came back to the dealership he again was very patient and did not push us to make a decision. He even picked up water and coffee for us while we decided. When we negotiated our price it was easy. We told Raj gave us a great price that beat other dealers right from the start! It was definitly good to buy from a salesman that drives his product, he knows his Subarus/ If you're there buying a Subaru, ask for Raj! More

In the beginning We arrived at the Sheehy location in Springfield and it was buzzing with people looking, people buying, and sales people trying to help everyone. We We arrived at the Sheehy location in Springfield and it was buzzing with people looking, people buying, and sales people trying to help everyone. We were introduced to Tom and he asked what we were looking for. I knew exactly what I wanted but had not driven an outback, so he got the keys to the one closest to what I was looking for and the test drive began. Tom was calm and more of a listener then the hard-pressure sales I've been used to. He asked questions of what I liked and didn't like in the vehicle and explained with as much or as little detail as I wanted. He was honest in what could and could not be done and provided clear answers; he even saved me a bit of money by ordering a package instead of the options separately. We ordered the car, left a deposit, and were on our way. Was the easiest process I've ever had in car sales. I'll be leaving another review once my new outback arrives and I take delivery; I expect to be even happier once I can drive her home. Thank You Tom!! More
