He is friendly, funny, and a great communicator (also, he either picks up on the first ring or returns calls promptly). Chris gave an initial offer that was better than any of the others I received on a new Crosstrek and he was even willing to sweeten the deal to make sure I got all of the features I was looking for on the new car and a good trade in price on my old vehicle. Throughout the process Chris was up front about pricing and never employed any gimmicks or tried to pressure me into anything. Even on a busy last day of the month Chris was able to set up a time that fit my schedule and completed the closing in under an hour.
