When we arrived to pick up the car my wife had second thoughts about the color. We had not seen the exact color in person. Chris jumped right on this and we were able to change the color of the Forester to one my Wife liked a lot more. He even matched the deal we had worked out on the other car. He worked with us fairly on the trade in. Could not be happier. Highly recommend this dealership. Very low pressure no sales push. The process did not take long except for the car switch which is expected with a last minute change, we appreciated with 3 small kids. More
