Dul and Kevin promptly corrected these issues. However, had the service technicians been competent, it would’ve been a great car from the beginning. We purchased the car (which is a good car after safety issues were fixed). We had our own financing done so it was pretty much sign and drive. I would not recommend the service department at all. However, I needed another car and quickly. Two of my co-workers had recently purchased Subarus in the last two years. They are now huge Subaru fans. One of them connected me with Chris La Porte of Sheehy Subaru and before I knew it, I was picking up my new baby Nectar, a beautiful 2019 sunshine orange Crosstrek. Chris was super patient with me as I was all over the place and many times unresponsive because I had a lot going on with work and life. It's only been two months. But I would totally recommend Sheehy Subaru and Chris La Porte to any tree hugging artists looking to try out her/his first Subaru. More

Sheehy Subaru far exceeded our expectations (and was much better than a root canal). The process was quick, painless, and the customer service was phenomenal. We connected with Rajan in advance and he was an excellent resource answering our questions before we event set foot at Sheehy. When we arrived, we had done a great deal of research and were ready to test drive. Chris immediately greeted us with a smile and answered any questions that we had. There was no pressure and we felt that we were being given an honest assessment of the cars in their lot. We then were seamlessly transitioned to Rajan (who was working with another customer when we arrived). Rajan was fantastic from start-to-finish! He took us on test drives so that we could get a sense for the features of the car, answered every and all of our questions, and truly is a subaru aficionado! Rajan shared his perspectives, the trade-offs of each car, and showed us features that we did not even know existed. He was friendly, candid, and did not pressure us into a sale. When we closed, Rajan worked through the numbers with us and gave us a great price (given our research ahead of time, we expected to haggle, but this was haggle-free and a solid price). We then worked with Antonio on financing - he was also fantastic as he was personable, friendly, and gave some great advice. From start-to-finish our experience with Sheehy was nothing short but fantastic and we really owe it to Rajan and the Sheehy team for helping us drive off the lot with our new car! More

Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that couldn't be beat. Chris found exactly what I was looking for in a used car and made sure it was in the best condition possible before we picked it up. And Sheehy was great to work with on all of the financing details. Very happy and pleasantly surprised by an excellent buying experience! More

All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again. More
Saving the worst for last Our experience with buying from Sheehy went great, up until it came time to sign on the bottom line. The salesman, Sajjad Bhatti, was laid back and e Our experience with buying from Sheehy went great, up until it came time to sign on the bottom line. The salesman, Sajjad Bhatti, was laid back and easy to deal with, and worked hard to answer all our questions. Overall, he was a pleasure to deal with. The sales manager, Chris Barr, was more intense, but essentially fair and straightforward. Once we made the decision to buy, however, the finance guy Mohammed was a real snake. Though we specifically asked him to arrange financing with our bank, he came back and happily announced that he had set up a different lender. This gave us a higher interest rate, and the deal may have been good for Sheehy, but not for us. He then right off the bat presented us with, and then expected us to sign, a sales contract which added about $8,000 worth of assorted extended warranty products on a $32,000 car. This included $1500 for what amounted to road hazard protection. We said no, he argued. We said no again, he argued again. And again. And again. All of this was done at a high speed with him using a computerized, rapidly rotating display sure to bedazzle and confuse. He finally stopped arguing, so we started the lengthy process of electronically signing document after document. About 20 minutes in, we were surprised to be confronted with a sales contract for an extended warranty, even though we had declined that very same coverage several times, loudly and repeatedly. When we questioned him on it, he explained that he thought we had changed our minds, that he had thrown in his "employee discount," and anyways the $2000 additional cost of the warranty had been baked into all the documents we had already signed and if we wanted to take it out, we'd have to start all over again. Needless to say, he was baldly and obviously trying to pull a fast one. And needless to say, I was absolutely furious. My wife, however, was hungry and exhausted, and really just wanted to be done with it all, so we went along and finished the process. The bottom line is that Mohammed is dishonest and manipulative, and he wouldn't be in his position without the dealership's tacit approval of his underhanded tactics. I won't buy from them again. More
