I had done a lot of research, but had no intention of buying that day. Chris La Porte was standing in the lot ready to help us. He showed us only what we were interested in. He explained the key differences in the model years. He answered our questions. He never once gave us any of the silly BS that you hear from so many car salesmen. All of his advice was smart, useful, practical and helpful. He could have pushed us to spend a lot more. Instead, he helped us find the car that best met our needs in my price range. A few hours after we arrived, we were putting down a deposit on an almost new 2019 at a price lower than I knew I could get at another car store that I like. Chris La Porte is THE MAN! I have tremendous respect for him. I hope he's around when I need to replace my other car in a few years. Kevin Lim was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you to all! More

Perfect Purchase Experience We did a lot of research and visited many Subaru dealership in the NOVA area and we found that Sheehy was the best we came across. You can tell they were the prefer dealership in the area as it was MUCH busier than the other dealerships we visited. Chris La Porte was our salesman and he was outstanding. He was very personable and down to earth. He communicated and was very knowledgeable about Subaru (Crosstrek) as he answered all of our questions. He worked with our offer, as aggressive as it was, and got a great deal for the car and the trade in. Before we left, he sat in the car to review and set up any settings (bluetooth, etc) we needed. It was a no stress all fun experience. Lisa in finance was outstanding as well. She explained all the additional warrantee's and applied no pressure to purchase any of them. She was very pleasant and I didn't expect the surprise bubble shower (sorry to ruin future buyers) to end the perfect experience! More

Engine light My mother took her car there for a check engine light issue. Charge her close to 2,000.00 and guarantee her that they had fix the issue. 3 weeks later My mother took her car there for a check engine light issue. Charge her close to 2,000.00 and guarantee her that they had fix the issue. 3 weeks later the light comes back on. She takes it back and they apparently forgot to fix a hose and that's why the light came back. 2 weeks later again the light comes back. Now she has to give them 2 or 3 thousand more bc after a "FULL DIAGNOSTIC" they found the issue, like wth. After talking to the manager "Ben" he apparently understood the situation and explain to me that, my mother was going to get refunded. So after spending 2k they refunded her $150.00 What a joke. They robbed my mother of her savings. Bunch of crooks. I wish there was a -5 star. More

Chris sold me my car and he is fabulous. He made car shopping so easy. He was not pushy, and listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I wanted. If I had a question he answered it immediately and straight forward. He gave me a great deal, the best deal for the car I wanted which was a Subaru Forester Sport (he even gave me a lower cost than what all the other dealers would do.) He really cares and wants you to have the car you want. No hidden costs, no surprises at the end, and he was a lot of fun to work with.
