I have to say this process with Sheehy Subaru was SO SMOOTH and STRESS FREE. I also worked with Tom and Chris the sales managers and Sabrina and Mohammed in finance - all of whom were also great. I went to three different dealerships - because I was deciding between Subaru, Honda and Toyota. In the end my experience with Subaru was BY FAR the best experience of any of them. Zero pushiness, Zero rudeness, All integrity. HIGHLY recommended! It did not feel like I was in a car dealership. There was literally NONE of the negative aspects that people typically experience in the car buying process. These people wanted to sell me a car, yes - but they did NOT try to talk poorly about the other brands (as every other dealership did) - but rather just talked about how great Subaru is - which I have TREMENDOUS respect for. You don't need to tear other people down in order to build yourself up - and that is how Chris and Shabir were the whole time. TRUE PROFESSIONALS and GENTLEMEN. Overall I have ONLY GOOD THINGS to say about Sheehy Subaru, I would definitely recommend ANYONE to buy a car from them, and specifically - I LOVE my 2020 Forester Sport! Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond my expectations in patiently and clearly answering all of my many questions. Once my vehicle was prepped and ready for me to drive off the Sheehy lot, Adam came out to the vehicle with me and went over all of the necessary features on the vehicle so that I was comfortable driving it home after dark. I found the Sheehy showroom to be a comfortable place to do business and wait for my vehicle to be prepped.
