BOTH were equally terrific people to do business with. Both are customer-driven in a "laid back" manner; could not ask for any finer businessmen to keep us relaxed during a big-buying situation. Shabir went out of his way (countless times) to find us the EXACT car were looking for... a 2020 Outback Onyx XT in the right color and the right optional packages. The car we wanted was finally found in Owings Mills, MD, which his team brought to us the next day... PERFECT!! Chris agreed to our negotiated price, which was more than fair (probably too fair) and helped Shabir close the deal. We were also looking at cars from Farrish, Stohlman, Brown and Beyer... and while those dealerships showed interest in meeting our needs, EACH of them baited and switched us... telling us they had THE car in stock... but none did. They just wanted to get us into their showrooms. Shabir and Chris were upfront with us the entire time...AND THEY DELIVERED ! The closing process process was painless and expedited. Put in an offer online for a used Subaru Crosstrek. Completed all the documents and was waiting on the financing which I was told they would get back to me. Took over 24 hours. They couldn’t get me a better financing rate so came back with an offer at which point they told me they had already sold the vehicle an hour before. Horrible business practice. Then came back trying to selling me a car that was more expensive!! This kind of practice is why people think car dealerships are scams. If you are interested in buying a car through their online option, you may want to reconsider. Apparently they’ll sell the car before they get back to you. More

Even after I bought the vehicle, I was still being cared for. And Lisa without a doubt went back, and REALLY made sure that i got the best deal. Even if it meant getting me a better deal. Absolutely awesome, and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new vehicle. More
