Put in an offer online for a used Subaru Crosstrek. Completed all the documents and was waiting on the financing which I was told they would get back to me. Took over 24 hours. They couldn’t get me a better financing rate so came back with an offer at which point they told me they had already sold the vehicle an hour before. Horrible business practice. Then came back trying to selling me a car that was more expensive!! This kind of practice is why people think car dealerships are scams. If you are interested in buying a car through their online option, you may want to reconsider. Apparently they’ll sell the car before they get back to you. More

Even after I bought the vehicle, I was still being cared for. And Lisa without a doubt went back, and REALLY made sure that i got the best deal. Even if it meant getting me a better deal. I have to say this process with Sheehy Subaru was SO SMOOTH and STRESS FREE. I also worked with Tom and Chris the sales managers and Sabrina and Mohammed in finance - all of whom were also great. I went to three different dealerships - because I was deciding between Subaru, Honda and Toyota. In the end my experience with Subaru was BY FAR the best experience of any of them. Zero pushiness, Zero rudeness, All integrity. HIGHLY recommended! It did not feel like I was in a car dealership. There was literally NONE of the negative aspects that people typically experience in the car buying process. These people wanted to sell me a car, yes - but they did NOT try to talk poorly about the other brands (as every other dealership did) - but rather just talked about how great Subaru is - which I have TREMENDOUS respect for. You don't need to tear other people down in order to build yourself up - and that is how Chris and Shabir were the whole time. TRUE PROFESSIONALS and GENTLEMEN.
