Chris La Porte Is the Man to See for a New Subaru! We were met by Chris La Porte when we arrived at the Sheehy Subaru on Christmas eve. He greeted us warmly and sat down with us to discuss what kind o We were met by Chris La Porte when we arrived at the Sheehy Subaru on Christmas eve. He greeted us warmly and sat down with us to discuss what kind of Subaru we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the model we wanted and he patiently discussed in detail what options were available. When we agreed on the car to buy, he quickly got to his lowest price-and a great price it was! No haggling! We then worked with Carol Hall, the finance manager, to go through the loan process, the various extended maintenance options and registration and temporary tags. Like Chris, Carol was very knowledgeable and got us a great loan rate. And it was by far the quickest time going through that process that we had ever had! We then returned to Chris is took us through the detail operation of the car we bought. And then we drove away as very satisfied customers! By the way, Chris and Carol stayed well beyond closing time to help us get our new car--on Christmas eve! One last thought: we had misplaced some of the documentation and Chris and Carol worked with us to get us another copy of everything! What customer service after the sale! More

BOTH were equally terrific people to do business with. Both are customer-driven in a "laid back" manner; could not ask for any finer businessmen to keep us relaxed during a big-buying situation. Shabir went out of his way (countless times) to find us the EXACT car were looking for... a 2020 Outback Onyx XT in the right color and the right optional packages. The car we wanted was finally found in Owings Mills, MD, which his team brought to us the next day... PERFECT!! Chris agreed to our negotiated price, which was more than fair (probably too fair) and helped Shabir close the deal. We were also looking at cars from Farrish, Stohlman, Brown and Beyer... and while those dealerships showed interest in meeting our needs, EACH of them baited and switched us... telling us they had THE car in stock... but none did. They just wanted to get us into their showrooms. Shabir and Chris were upfront with us the entire time...AND THEY DELIVERED ! The closing process process was painless and expedited.
