Had a 5 and now down to a 1 I was super pleased with my last maintenance appointment.....UNTIL I noticed that my 2018 Outback with less than 10,000 miles on it was leaking oil! I was super pleased with my last maintenance appointment.....UNTIL I noticed that my 2018 Outback with less than 10,000 miles on it was leaking oil! Under carriage is a mess, driveway and garage a mess! Lack of attention to detail, not caring, or rushing...probably threaded the plug wrong. But, now I have to take time off work, take the vehicle back in, clean my driveway and garage.....and, I have a family member having major surgery this week. So, I have to take it in prior to Wednesday! So this "free" Advantage Maintenance is actually costing me a lot of $$$$, time and stress with needing to leave town. This isn't "service" let along good service! Oh yea, and my salesman didn't tell me that with the remote start....when you get in the car, it turns off and you have to restart the car......until, after it was installed! More

I called ahead to look at a used car, and Elie Gerdak was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As we got to talking about cars and incentives, we switched over to a new car. Chris Barr, the General Sales Manager, came over to say hello and answer questions, but at not time did I feel like I was being pressured, sold snake oil, or left with that not so fresh feeling you unfortunately get from a lot of car dealers. Being the last day of the month, they were willing to negotiate and I felt like I got a VERY fair deal - maybe more fair for me than them, but at no time did discussions get tense or did I feel like we were playing games. All around it was a straight up, honest transaction. I'd go back in a heartbeat or refer any friends/family. Thank you, guys! More
