Great Sales... That's where it stopped. I had a specific car and deal in mind on a used Crosstrek. Chris La Porte made it happen with ease. He has strong knowledge of the vehicles and reads people well... and he listens (not so common for used car salesmen). This would have been a 5-star review except I didn't walk in with a check,,, BIG MISTAKE. I thought I'd listen to their finance manager and pit him against my credit union. In the end Mr. Ali at Sheehy offered a decent rate,,, if I agree to the extended warranty, VIP Club, Gap insurance, etc. These are upsells and that should have been disclosed but was not. He added them into the paperwork and put it in front of me to sign without disclosing the costs. Of course I caught that and we went around for about two hours before coming to an acceptable deal... and he does not listen to what you tell him. For the circumstances of this purchase, certain upsells had value for me. For you they may not. Be aware they will cost you money in the long run. Even if you want the extra services, you can probably get them for less. Still, if you want sheer convenience and can see the value in paying for it, perhaps these upsells are for you. Despite the credit manager experience Sheehy Subaru has good values and their service department is nice to work with. I recommend this dealer for anyone who has an idea of what they want in a deal, and who has an idea of what the possible issue is before bringing your car in for service. Full disclosure, this is my second Subaru from Sheehy and I am completely satisfied with the vehicles. More

We wanted a larger car to suit our three middle-school aged children and our large dog for road trips. We are both in the process of repairing our credit, and we wanted to be sure to keep our payments as low as possible. Chris along with Chris—the finance manager—worked together for three hours (with customers in between) to draft an amazing deal on our new car lease including a maintenance package. I was advised to go ahead an make the payment if I was concerned about my credit rating. Finally I was given proof of payment 15 days after the trade in but I was left on my own to deal with the issue. More
