Other dealers claim "no haggle pricing and price match guarantee", but shopping around and going to Sheehy saved me a significant amount. The deal was so good here that other dealers walked away rather than countering. I worked with Chris and Adam who were both personal and transparent. As I mentioned, I did some shopping around at other dealers, but found Sheehy to be not only fairly priced but also truly customer oriented! I’m hoping to be out of the car market for a while but next time will just start at Sheehy. More

Busy dealership with super friendly service I haven't purchased a car in over 8 years, but had narrowed it down to a Subaru Forester or Crosstrek. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles (different years) with no hassle. I went online and started a chat,. I connected quickly with Melissa Stone who then moved me to chatting via text. Super easy to connect with them and make an appointment to test drive. As soon as I entered (with my mask on, of course), I was greeted by the Sales Manger, Chris Barr, and I was treated like a member of the team. Everyone was super friendly and I couldn't have felt more welcome. Dul was my guide throughout the whole process and he was lovely. I can't recommend Sheehy Subaru enough - they really lived up to all of the reviews about good/friendly customer service. I ended up buying car and I know I got a great deal. More

Great Sales... That's where it stopped. I had a specific car and deal in mind on a used Crosstrek. Chris La Porte made it happen with ease. He has strong knowledge of the vehicles and reads people well... and he listens (not so common for used car salesmen). This would have been a 5-star review except I didn't walk in with a check,,, BIG MISTAKE. I thought I'd listen to their finance manager and pit him against my credit union. In the end Mr. Ali at Sheehy offered a decent rate,,, if I agree to the extended warranty, VIP Club, Gap insurance, etc. These are upsells and that should have been disclosed but was not. He added them into the paperwork and put it in front of me to sign without disclosing the costs. Of course I caught that and we went around for about two hours before coming to an acceptable deal... and he does not listen to what you tell him. For the circumstances of this purchase, certain upsells had value for me. For you they may not. Be aware they will cost you money in the long run. Even if you want the extra services, you can probably get them for less. Still, if you want sheer convenience and can see the value in paying for it, perhaps these upsells are for you. Despite the credit manager experience Sheehy Subaru has good values and their service department is nice to work with. I recommend this dealer for anyone who has an idea of what they want in a deal, and who has an idea of what the possible issue is before bringing your car in for service. Full disclosure, this is my second Subaru from Sheehy and I am completely satisfied with the vehicles. More
