Called a ton of dealers and thought I had a really great deal from one. Luckily I was connected to Chris LaPorte and he was able to explain to me that I was being duped. My only issue was that it was not made clear that I wouldn’t be able to put my entire down payment on my card which put me in an awkward position since I bank with USAA and they don’t have physical locations and it was a Friday so other banks weren’t open. The finance department is working with me and is also very up front and easy to communicate with, but it’s definitely an extra stress. More

Drove 2 hours to look at a 2006 Tundra with my pregnant wife. Called called before hand to see if it was available. Ultimately I’m SHOCKED that Sheehy would even sell this type of vehicle with the condition it was in. THE TRUCK HAD NO PAINT! The clear coat was literally off the truck, paint chips all over, and a huge scratch on the right side. Sheehy This is the type of vehicle you would see at a sketchy wholesale “buy here pay here” used car dealership on Jefferson Davis HWY. Carmax wouldn’t even sell this type of vehicle with the condition it’s in. As a past customer I’m just really surprised Sheehy would sell a vehicle like this for 2K over KBB value. I shouldn’t of trusted the salesman who said it was in great shape. Complete waist of a trip and I had to listen to my wife complain all the way home. I can’t wait to post the pictures in the FB tundra page when Sheehy puts them online. Members are going to crack up laughing. More

Scammed here by the service department. I will never come back. My car was towed here and they knew that I was at their mercy. My car was recently inspected at another Subaru dealership and they had n come back. My car was towed here and they knew that I was at their mercy. My car was recently inspected at another Subaru dealership and they had no concerns with the tire tread. I was towed to Sheehy due to one flat tire. Since I had a flat tire they said my tread was low in all four and I needed four new tires. I was charged over $1,000. Also, I feel after all this money that I spent that they could have at least washed the outside of the car. Paid over $1,000 and received a dirty car back. The other dealership who has always been very honest did not have this concern of low tread, when my car was serviced one month prior. Also, my other dealership will wash the car with just an oil change. Stay away from the Sheehy Subaru Service Department!! I hope that a future tow will not bring me to this location again!! More
