On the 17th of June 2022, I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:20AM appointment for a routine oil change at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf, MD. I received a text at 2:15PM stating that the following additional serv 10:20AM appointment for a routine oil change at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf, MD. I received a text at 2:15PM stating that the following additional service was recommended: 4 new tires (not in stock), alignment, automatic transmission service & coolant flush. At 5:45PM, I was advised by my service advisor Joycelyn Proctor that the technician was “Just finishing up coolant, should be just a few more minutes”. And finally, at 6:15 PM, the service was complete. I don't blame Joycelyn at all. She was extremely professional. Why does it take 7 ½ hours to complete an oil change, automatic transmission service and coolant flush? This is clearly the worst customer service I have ever received. Being a “VIP” member means nothing when it comes to the service department and it’s not worth the ‘free oil change’. I’d rather pay someone to change my oil and perform routine maintenance than to wait nearly 8 hours. More

Appears the great service everyone is talking about is only found in the sales area because the service department is a different story. If you go here for service expect them to keep your car more than a only found in the sales area because the service department is a different story. If you go here for service expect them to keep your car more than a week, not to provide updates on the repair status and completely ignore your attempts to reach out for information. This includes the general manager Todd Z., who I emailed to share my terrible experience and get assistance with my car - never heard from him and still don't have my car. 8 days and counting to replace an alternator. Not once has anyone contacted me regarding this situation. Just received a text apologizing and promising they would get back with me. Still nothing - no car, explanation for the delay or when my car will be ready. This place is like a black hole, I'll be lucky to get my car back at this point. More

My search started May 9, 2022 and Ended June 7, 2022. It went from dealing with 2 sales associates I would NEVER recommend, to dealing with an EXCELLENT salesperson that assisted me for three weeks. Hands down Anne Maus (Nissan Dealer) is the best sales associate to have assisted me with my car search. Anne and I spoke, texted and emailed for 3 weeks. I finally went to the dealer on Saturday, May 29, 2022. I test drive 3 vehicles and fell in LOVE with the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because the vehicle was a certified vehicle I had to work with a Hyundai Sales Associate. After 5 days of being jerked around, the vehicle I fell in love with was sold. I texted my disappointment to the manager. I immediately received a call from Todd Zaciek. Mr. Todd Zaciek, went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Todd Zaciek, sent me information on another Santa Fe. The truck that I fell in love with didn't even compare to the truck Mr. Todd Zaciek sold me! I arrived at the Dealer on June 7, 2022 to sign off on my paperwork. I received nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE from my original Sales associate Anne Maus, a new sales associate from Hyundai, Denzel Payne. Denzel Payne showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. Mr. Max Cho, the finance gentleman was very pleasant to work with, he made my experience very easy. When I say I can not THANK these 4 individuals (Anne Maus, Denzel Payne, Max Cho and last but not least Mr. Todd Zaciek) enough. I would recommend ANNE MAUS to anyone. Ms. Maus is very passionate about helping her customers. Ms. Maus listened and understood from day 1 what type of vehicle I was looking for and took her time to deal with me. None of this would not have been possible if Todd Zaciek did not step in and save the day!! More
