Jermaine was one of the best car sales person i have ever dealt with. I was coming from a distance, he helped me out my showing the car over a video call before i started, and he helped me figure out a way t dealt with. I was coming from a distance, he helped me out my showing the car over a video call before i started, and he helped me figure out a way to get the car delivered to my house by finding a company which can tow the car at reasonable price. Overall it was smooth transaction. Next time I'm looking for a car i would check with him first. More
Here is my letter almost 6 weeks ago. ..still no resolve....I was told the issue was forwarded to Chris Heck and there has been no response from him. Its principle.... Good Afternoon J ..still no resolve....I was told the issue was forwarded to Chris Heck and there has been no response from him. Its principle.... Good Afternoon Jammie, I'm glad you reached out. I was actually in the process of writing letter to request the diagnosis fee from Nissan be refunded. Here's why: We picked up the car from Meineke on Saturday. It was confirmed, the car was misdiagnosed and your tech missed a huge opportunity to service the car. In fact, not only did we not pay over $1300 for a throttle body among other charges listed, it cost us nothing (just another diagnosis fee) to get it fixed. I will send an attachment of what the real issue was. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer and really feel taken advantage of. I understand mistakes and oversights happen, however this has been a horrible ordeal as you are aware of. I would like to start with you, in getting this resolved. I think at this point, at the very least the diagnosis fee should be refunded. We drove the car to the Nissan dealer "operable" and then in the dealership's possession it becomes "inoperable". When attempting to figure out what the problem was, we were told AGAIN it was the throttle body- by Nissan specialist. This cannot be how Nissan serve customers. More

I received a text at 2:15PM stating that the following additional service was recommended: 4 new tires (not in stock), alignment, automatic transmission service & coolant flush. At 5:45PM, I was advised by my service advisor Joycelyn Proctor that the technician was “Just finishing up coolant, should be just a few more minutes”. And finally, at 6:15 PM, the service was complete. I don't blame Joycelyn at all. She was extremely professional. Why does it take 7 ½ hours to complete an oil change, automatic transmission service and coolant flush? This is clearly the worst customer service I have ever received. Being a “VIP” member means nothing when it comes to the service department and it’s not worth the ‘free oil change’. I’d rather pay someone to change my oil and perform routine maintenance than to wait nearly 8 hours. More
