When I first got to the dealer I wanted to get into a new car that fit my family and would benefit us in the long run. "Q" approached me and my wife and I told him what I was looking for. We compared the Altima and Sonata and the pricing, although different, allowed us to go with the Altima being that it gave more room to work with, money wise. The professionalism was good but the only thing that almost made me walk out was when I asked if the dealership honored the USAA Auto Circle and I was told yes. When I asked again, this time the financing manager, I was told no. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe not all employees knew the correct information and I think that this information should be common knowledge among the employees of the dealership so that the next customer, when looking for the best financing options can be given the correct information. The other thing on this subject is that the dealership was going to stick me with a 6.9% interest rate until I started asking about the USAA auto circle which offers 3.99%, which I qualified for. At this point the dealership moved to 3.49%. If the dealership would just be honest about the financing options available even outside of the dealership, I'm sure no matter which way the customer decides to move the dealership will find that they will get their money regardless. I've purchased approximately 10-12 new vehicles all over the country (military) in my life. In my experience, when you are treated well in one department, there's something bad lurking around the corner or the country (military) in my life. In this case, they had the exact car I was looking for, they gave me a fair price, they didn't disrespect me on my trade-in, they were friendly, courteous, and stayed two hours after closing to complete my sale and ensure that no corners were cut. I am still in shock at how perfect this dealership is. I wish I was in the market for another car because in these uncertain economic times where we're voting with our dollars for which businesses are going to succeed and which are going to fail, I would vote for Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf again. I only wish I'd have known about them before I spent 2 months looking for a minivan and "settled" for the least offensive dealership. The new Quest wasn't out yet so, for minivans, I looked elsewhere . . . The minivan shoppers can now check out this Nissan dealership too because I saw my first new Quest on their lot while I was buying my new hybrid. 5 Stars, 2 Thumbs up, keep up the great work! More

They were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products and services offered. Very friendly, warm people that you wouldn't mind giving and sending future business to. They listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle and managed to give me almost everything I'd asked for in the price range I specified. They even gave me a tour of the facilities and offered me some light refreshments while I waited. Michelle, the financer, was just as friendly, knowledgable and helpful with the financing. I got the best interest rate I ever had!!! The entire staff at Sheehy Nissan were awesome! I will reccomend every one I know in the market for a new car to this dealership and sales people. After dealing with a bunch of horrible dealerships, I happened upon Sheehy in Waldorf. I first spoke with Ken in the lot.
